Chili, Sugar, Tomato, Palm Oil, Peanut, Onion, Turmeric, Lemongrass, Water, Garlic, Soy Sauce, galangal, Salt, Coriander, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Fennel, Cumin, Sodium Benzoate (E211).
1. Heat up 30g oil & add in 800g chicken cube.
2. Stir-fry a while.
3. Add in 200g Satay Sauce & stir-fry until done.
(Optional to add in some water if too dry)
*Can replace chicken with others seafood or meat
*Also suitable for Satay Steamboat: Heat up 1.5-liter water, add in 200g Satay Sauce & simmer for 5 mins.
